How Reservations Worked

Reservations were taken for all seats in the restaurant — both bar seats and standard seating — through OpenTable. If no seating preference was given at the time of booking, a standard table was assigned. A reservation secured a seat to dine off either the à la carte menu or the chef’s tasting menu.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations required a credit card to secure. A $25 per-person no-show or cancellation fee was assessed if a reservation was not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or if a party decreased in size without prior notice. A re-scheduled reservation had to be honored to avoid the cancellation charge.

Grace Period

Reservations were held for 15 minutes past the reservation time, after which the table was released to walk-in guests.

Special Events

Reservation policies were subject to change for special events, such as holidays and restaurant events.
