Eden Hill Restaurant · Seattle, WA

Dinner

Printed daily · a la carte & chef’s tasting

*Not real foie gras — a playful dessert riff. Menu items and prices reflect a sample from a later season and changed nightly for a decade of service.

Bar Program

Cocktails & Wine

Eden Hill’s bar leaned into house-made syrups, small-production wine, and cocktails that rotated as often as the kitchen’s plates.

About the Tasting Menu

Alongside the a la carte menu, Eden Hill offered a five-course chef’s tasting nightly, with dietary preferences and restrictions honored on request. For guests who wanted to go further, the kitchen also ran a Chef’s Blind Tasting on request — an off-menu, fully improvised sequence of courses with no preview of what was coming. Curious about how reservations, tickets, and the tasting menu worked in practice? Visit the FAQ page for the details Eden Hill’s team answered most often.
